Samudram is a pre-scheduled ship package for 5D and 4N to visit 03 exotic Islands of Lakshadweep. The schedule of the package will be fixed according to the voyage of the cruise from Kochi. The tourists who book the package have to reach Lakshadweep Wharf near FCI Godown, Indira Gandhi Road, Willington Island, Kochi for boarding to ship. You can reach here from the airport as well as a railway station which will take not more than one hour journey and we can arrange your stay and taxi in Kochi if you required. All your accommodation, food, transportation, sightseeing, and local transportation are included in this package, no other hidden charges will be there to pay. You have to reach the boarding point at 9:30 to 10:30 AM for your security check-up. You will be received by GoL staff at the ship boarding area and will be provided all required assistance.
After your security check up you will be taken to board the ship by bus. After that the guide will assist you to get your rooms in Diamond or Gold class whatever you choose. Lunch (Buffet) will be arranged on board at 01 PM in the first class cafeteria. By around 2:30 to 3:00 PM ship will sail to Island, the journey will take 14 – 16 hrs to reach Island. This will be an unforgettable travel in the night through blue sea by seeing the blinking stars in the dark sky.
Early morning you will reach the first Island of any one of the listed Islands. After your breakfast at around 8:00 – 8:30 AM, you can move to the embarkation point where a boat will come and you have to alight to that boat which will take you to the jetty on the Island. You will be accorded a traditional reception with a welcome drink at the resort. The forenoon section will be engaged with various water sports activities like snorkeling, kayaking, glass bottom boat ride, and sea bathing both children and adult can do water sports in the shallow lagoons. Scuba Diving is optional which you can do on payment where you will be guided by an expert. Your lunch buffet will be arranged in the resort and the afternoon section will be engaged for sightseeing with various attractive and unique places on the Islands and also you can experience the traditional culture of the people on that particular Island. By evening after tea, you will be taken back to the jetty for the embarkation to the ship. Your dinner buffet will be arranged at the first-class cafeteria on the ship. The whole night you will be staying on the ship, you can enjoy the unpolluted fresh air by watching the endless sea. The ship will move at the midnight to next Island as per schedule.
Early morning ship will reach the second Island. Breakfast (buffet) will be served on board. Disembarkation from the ship starts at 08.00 PM by boat. In the resort, the same program will continue like in the first Island. Every Island got its own differences in culture, language, slang, and scenery. After all activity, by evening you will be taken back to the ship. Dinner (Buffet) will be arranged on board the ship. At night you will be staying on the ship and traveling to the third island.
Early morning you will reach the third Island breakfast (Buffet) will be served on board. Disembarkation from the ship starts at 08.00. The program will be the same as the first and Second islands. After all activity by evening, you will be taken back to the ship. Your dinner (Buffet) will be arranged on-board and the entire night you will be staying on a ship that sails to Kochi at midnight.
Ship will reach at Kochi around 10:00 to 10:30 AM; your breakfast will be arranged in the ship. Here your package is ending.
